Um, WTF?
There are many religions and cultures that use animal blood for worship and sacrifice. We are not to judge the way others worship as long as it's not harmful or disrespectful to others.

BUT...

The use of animal blood to communicate with spirits is a very big OH HELL NO. In our opinion, it does NOT prove to be scientific or even useful to communicate with the dead. 

Many cultures DO believe in doing this to talk to the deceased, but not The Society. We do know good people who practice this occult, but respectfully, it is not for us.

We base our findings on scientific and historical evidence.

Using rituals and spells for paranormal research is a disgrace to our chosen hobby.

The only chicken we endorse is with actual food like....
