Yes they are.

The Concordia Cemetery Ghost Tours by the Concordia Heritage Association are based off of a book called CONCORDIA CEMETERY A WALK THRU by Deen Underwood.

The history behind our tours is from that book and from historical facts obtained by the Concordia Heritage Association and the El Paso County Historical Commission.

The paranormal is based off of events, investigations by the Paso Del Norte Paranormal Society, eye witness accounts, and testimonials from visitors.
