Miranda LunaMeet our newest member, Miranda Luna.

Paso Del Norte Paranormal Society was honored and blessed to meet Miranda who's wish is to become a paranormal investigator.

When The Society got a call from the OLO Gallery (Home of Creative Kids) they told the group about this young leukemia patient who has been in and out of hospitals battling this form of cancer. She missed her last birthday party and wanted to gain enough strength to meet The Society and get better to finally celebrate her 11th birthday.

The Society was honored to get this invitation and all 10 members decided to do something very special for this inspirational young girl.

So, the group bought Miranda her very own ghost hunting kit, which included a EMF meter, digital camera, compass, flashlight and infrared thermometer. But, before becoming a member of the Society, she had be trained on how to use the equipment.

Her first investigation: The OLO Gallery

The OLO Gallery is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to promoting the arts to reach children battling cancer, disadvantaged youth, foster children, children with disabilities and other conditions.

Miranda's desire to learn was incredible. She soaked in the information and followed The Society's techniques in investigating. With incredible passion, she got the strength to go downstairs into the dark basement (accompanied by The Society and her Mom).

During EVP sessions, her voice was innocent but spoke with words beyond her years. She took temperature readings in the rooms and when she was fully trained, she led a group of kids into the basement and guided them into her own paranormal investigation!

She had passed her test.

After coming upstairs, The Society awarded her with her own paranormal investigator certificate, t-shirt, equipment, and unlimited admissions to any Society funded events.
